Benefit Package Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all Ultimate, VVIP, and VIP Benefit Package Add-Ons (collectively, “Benefit Packages”) sold via Konnect’d platforms. By purchasing a Benefit Package, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined below. These rules are subject to change without notice based on the needs of the artist, venue, or event production team.


Concert Ticket Requirement

  • A valid concert admission ticket must be purchased separately from the Benefit Package in order to redeem or participate in any Benefit Package activity.
  • Benefit Packages alone do not grant admission to the concert venue. No exceptions will be made for attendees who arrive without a valid concert ticket.
  • If you do not have a concert ticket at the time of check-in, you will be denied entry to all Benefit Package perks, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Benefit Packages are also non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the venue or Konnect’d. Tickets obtained through unauthorized channels may be deemed invalid.

Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All Benefit Package prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • International orders are subject to current exchange rates and may incur additional bank or currency conversion fees at the time of payment. Konnect’d is not responsible for foreign transaction charges.

Identity Verification & Check-In

  • All attendees must present a valid, physical government-issued photo ID or passport at the time of check-in to confirm their identity.
  • Valid IDs must include the attendee’s full legal name, date of birth, and photo.
  • Printed copies, screenshots, or digital photographs of IDs will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • The name on the ID must match the Event Attendee Information provided at checkout and must also correspond to the QR code issued for the event.
  • QR codes are non-transferable. If you are attending as part of a group purchase, the person whose name appears on the ticket must be present and provide ID for the group to check in.

Mismatched names, invalid forms of ID (e.g., credit cards), or failure to present required documentation will result in denied entry to the Benefit Package activities. No refunds or transfers will be offered in such cases.

Minors:
If the attendee is under 18, multiple forms of government-issued ID will be accepted to verify full legal name, date of birth, and photo identity. Parental or guardian presence may be required depending on venue policy.


Meet & Greet and Fan Interaction Procedures

  • Meet & Greet procedures and schedules may vary by city, venue, and artist team requests. Please arrive early and follow all on-site staff instructions. Late arrivals may miss part or all of their Benefit Package experience. No refunds or time extensions will be offered.
  • All attendees must adhere to on-site health, safety, and conduct protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of the artist, staff, and fellow fans.
  • Gifts are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to letters, artwork, flowers, merchandise, or food.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or threatening toward the artist, staff, or fans will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
  • All decisions regarding on-site behavior and rule enforcement are final and at the discretion of Konnect’d and the event production team.
  • Access to meet & greet areas or photo zones is subject to capacity and venue staff discretion. Safety protocols or artist needs may result in changes to the experience without notice.

Photo & Video Policy

  • Photos, videos, and use of personal mobile devices during Benefit Package activities are strictly prohibited, unless otherwise explicitly allowed.
  • The only exception is during any Official 1:1 Photo Session, where fans may take a designated photo as part of the benefit.
  • Anyone found recording, livestreaming, or using their phone during unauthorized portions of the event will be removed and may be banned from future Konnect’d events.

Purchasing for Others

  • Benefit Packages are non-transferable. The name entered at checkout must match the government-issued ID presented at the event.
  • If you are purchasing on behalf of another person, you must enter their legal name and event details accurately. Transfer requests will not be accepted after purchase.
  • If the attendee cannot attend for any reason, the package cannot be transferred or refunded.
  • Double-booking Benefit Packages (e.g., for multiple cities on the same tour date) is not recommended and may result in forfeited access without compensation if you are unable to attend.

No-Show Policy

  • If you miss your scheduled check-in or any part of the Benefit Package experience (e.g., photo op, Q&A, fan sign), you forfeit that portion of the benefit and no refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Konnect’d is not responsible for missed activities due to late arrival, personal emergencies, or failure to follow event timelines.
  • It is the attendee’s responsibility to arrive during the designated check-in window. We do not guarantee grace periods for latecomers.

Disclaimer

Konnect’d and our event partners reserve the right to amend, cancel, or update Benefit Package offerings based on safety, artist availability, or venue restrictions. By purchasing a Benefit Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. All decisions made by Konnect’d or its partners are final.
