Ticket Limits: There is a strict limit of 1 Fan Frame ticket per member per city.
You can purchase up to 2 Fan Frames per member for yourself and someone else; please make sure to put the other attendee's information in at checkout. If we see that the same name is on both tickets before the day of the show, then one order will be refunded, and the additional ticket will be voided.

We want Fans and Artists to Konnect with our new Fan Frame Session! This session allows the holder to take a one-on-one selfie with your favorite artists! 

Fan Frame Tickets are sold separately from concert tickets and are available to purchase for any concert ticket holder!

Anyone with orders that exceed the strict 1 Fan Frame per member per city limit on the day of the event will NOT be able to redeem or use their tickets on the day of the show, AND you will also be ineligible to receive a refund for those tickets.
