Shipping

In-person Album pickup will not be available; albums will be delivered to the provided address. This does not include the one album you will receive if you are selected for the fansign event.

The company disclaims liability for any damages or losses incurred during transportation. If a product is damaged or missing, a reference video showing the unboxing process must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for us to take responsibility.

Please be advised that in the event of a wrong delivery or returned package due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, the buyer will be responsible for any additional costs associated with re-delivery.

Shipping and handling fees depend on the package's weight and destination.
