IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

All ForEVER Package attendees must present a valid, physical government-issued photo ID or passport at the time of check-in to confirm their identity.

Valid IDs must include the attendee’s full legal name, date of birth, and photo.

Printed copies, screenshots, or digital photographs of IDs will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The name on the ID must match the Event Attendee Information provided at checkout and must also correspond to the QR code issued for the event.

Mismatched names, invalid forms of ID (e.g., credit cards), or failure to present required documentation will result in denied entry to the Benefit Package activities. No refunds or transfers will be offered in such cases.

ANYONE UNDER 14 YEARS must be accompanied by an adult and both must have the same concert admission and benefit package ticket category.
