Please note: There is a 4 ticket limit - Strictly enforced. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all their orders and tickets cancelled without notice.

This show is open to all ages. All sales are final unless a show is postponed or canceled. All bags larger than 12 inches x 12 inches, backpacks, professional cameras, video equipment, large bags, luggage and like articles are strictly prohibited from the venue. Please make sure necessary arrangements are made ahead of time. All patrons subject to search upon venue entry.

Concert Admission ticket(s) MUST be purchased separately in order to use the Ultimate/VVIP/VIP Benefit Package Add-On.

If you do not have a concert ticket, you will not be able to participate in the add-on benefit package and cannot get a refund.

All attendees must present a valid, physical government-issued photo ID or passport at the time of check-in to confirm their identity.

Valid IDs must include the attendee’s full legal name, date of birth, and photo.

Printed copies, screenshots, or digital photographs of IDs will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The name on the ID must match the Event Attendee Information provided at checkout and must also correspond to the QR code issued for the event.

QR codes are non-transferable and can be used by friends, family members, or third parties, but the person whose name appears on the ticket must accompany you with their ID.

Mismatched names, invalid forms of ID (e.g., credit cards), or failure to present required documentation will result in denied entry to the Benefit Package activities. No refunds or transfers will be offered in such cases.
